Building Advantage’s mission is to increase market share for Union construction in Southeast Wisconsin and provide an ongoing forum for labor and management to advance their mutual goals and objectives in competing for work. Our organization is comprised of thousands of tradespeople, hundreds of contractors, and five management associations.
